Our split is 70/30 in your favor. You keep 70% of every sale, we keep 30%. That covers listing the instrument, professional photos, the play-test, customer questions, trial logistics, and the sale itself.

A few things to know up front:

— Trials. Consignment instruments are eligible for our five-day home-trial program. We always contact you before sending your instrument out on a trial, and we won't ship without your approval each time.

— Repairs. If the instrument needs work to be performance-ready, the repair cost is yours. The alternative is to list it as-is, and we'll set the asking price to reflect what a buyer can fairly expect.

— Labor during consignment. If we do any small bench work while your instrument is with us a touch-up, an emergency adjustment, a mid-trial fix — that labor is deducted from the sale price at payout.

— Payout. Once a sale clears, we pay out your 70% within seven business days.
